Preliminary Program as of April 27th

We hope to provide a box lunch for the group at the nearby Panera Bread to be enjoyed at the beautiful Boston Public Garden on Sunday (TBD), the following group lunches have been added to the program (included in registration fees for meeting participants):
Monday, July 1st: 1:00 – 2:45 pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy (next door to the Hilton Boston Park Plaza).

Tuesday, July 2nd: 1:00 – 3:00 pm (includes time to walk there and back) – Dim Sum Group Lunch at Empire Garden in Chinatown (9 minute walk from the hotel, transportation will be provided if needed).

The Gala Networking Dinner will be at the Avenue 34 Venue at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza on Tuesday from 7-10 PM.

Please note that although we have now added lunches to all three days, the meeting provides only coffee, tea and decaf in the morning as well as a mid-morning break with the addition of some baked goods. For those who want to start their day with a more substantial breakfast, there are many local options, including Starbucks and Off the Common at the hotel, CityPlaceBoston a few blocks down at 8 Park Plaza, which is a small food court including for breakfast Dunkin Donuts & Panera Bread. Or get up early and enjoy an “elegant comfort food” breakfast at Tatte Bakery & Cafe | Back Bay, 399 Boylston St. which is just a 4 minute walk from the Hilton. You can place your order inside or online for pickup. This won’t work on Sunday as they don’t open until 8 AM on Sunday and we are starting at 8:00 AM.

Off the Common is the Hilton’s Lobby Restaurant open from 7:00 AM.

Across from the Panera bread is Boston's famous Public Garden and Boston Common parks where we hope the weather will cooperate and attendees can enjoy al fresco dining.
For Monday's lunch we have reserved the entire Maggiano's Little Italy which is right next to the Hitlon
Family style menu will include Rigatoni with Meat Sauce, Chicken Piccata, Maggiano's Salad, Stuffed Mushrooms and Dessert. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements through the registration form.
On Tuesday we will take a 9 minute walk to the Emerald Garden which is inside an old theater and enjoy a lunch of Dim Sum in Boston's Chinatown.
