Dear Industry Partners,

On behalf of the EBV Association and the KSHV research community, we invite your company to partner with us and support the International Symposium on EBV & KSHV, Related Agents and Diseases – 3rd Joint Meeting, June 29 – July 3, 2024 at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, Boston, USA.

This 3rd joint meeting of the EBV Association and the KSHV Conference Series will serve as the premier forum for the exchange of new developments in the fields of EBV & KSHV and related agents and diseases and is expected to attract 350-400 participants. Marking the 60th Anniversary of the Discovery of the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) as well as the 30th Anniversary of the Discovery of the Kaposi’s Sarcoma Herpesvirus (KSHV), the meeting goals are to enhance interactions among scientists in these related field and promote interdisciplinary communication and collaborations among researchers with expertise that span molecular virus biology, innate and adaptive immunobiology, animal models of pathogenesis, pathology, epidemiology and therapeutic strategies.

The meeting encourages the presentation of data before publication to enable open discussion and feedback from a field of experts, in addition to fostering the development of scientists in training scientific communication skills. Networking opportunities will be structured for trainees to interact with senior faculty at academic institutions and scientists from industry and government. Senior scientist, clinicians and trainees at all levels are invited to participate and attend as well as attendees with knowledge and interests outside the EBV/KSHV community to bring perspective and instructive comparisons.

We are therefore looking forward to partnering with industry representatives to discuss the most recent developments, educate researchers on the various tools and technologies available, and foster collaborations between industry, academia and trainees, ultimately benefitting patients’ healthcare worldwide.

Yours sincerely,
